Description and Uses: We
carry four Lavenders, and this is by far our favorite. The aroma is
velvety smooth with a sweetness that's soft and floral. This lavender
essential oil is high in Linalyl Acetate, which gives it outstanding
calming and antispasmodic properties. We think it's absolutely worth the
extra expense, especially if you're looking for an oil to help with
relaxation.
Lavender is the most versatile of essential oils. It
is relaxing and refreshing, uplifts the spirits, and helps to relieve
the distress of muscle pain. No home should be without it. Lavender
essential oil balances your body and mind, calming or uplifting
according to your body's needs. Excellent for refreshing tired muscles,
feet and head. Add a drop to the pillow/sheet before peaceful sleep.
Treats burns and reduces scarring. Can be used neat in small amounts on

A rich, beautifully amber-colored oil, Rosehip seed oil stands out amongst all the other carrier oils for its effectiveness with dry, damaged and aging skin. A commonly used skin treatment oil in Chile for centuries, Rosehip seed oil's properties have been scientifically studied since the 1980s, and research has confirmed its remarkable benefits. Tests showed that rosehip seed oil helped individuals with facial scarring, wrinkles, sun damaged skin, burns, surgical and acne scars and premature aging. In these tests, rosehip seed oil regenerated the skin, reduced scars and wrinkles, prevented the advancement of wrinkles and aging, and helped skin to regain its natural color and tone. More recent studies have led to the same findings.
Rosehip seed oil is high in nutrients beneficial to the skin: essential fatty acids, Vitamin E and Vitamin A (which helps with regeneration of the skin and increased collagen and elastin levels). While it's wonderfully hydrating and moisturizing to the skin, Rosehip Seed Oil does not leave a greasy or oily feeling.

This Amber oil (Pinus succinfera resin) is blended with citrus essential oils and fragrance top notes. The aroma is truly special -- resinous, warm and smoky with an undertone of floral citrus. Amber is popular with perfumers and soap-makers, and blends well with geranium, pine, spruce, cedarwood, myrrh, galbanum, frankincense, cypress, clove, aniseed, lemon, orange, cistus, rose absolute, and benzoin.
